LearnNow.lk is pleased to announce the successful completion of the third batch of the five-day Microsoft Excel Corporate Training Programme conducted for Abans Group. Although the original arrangement was to conduct two training programmes, the continued success and positive response have resulted in the programme being extended further. The third batch has now been completed, while the fourth and fifth batches have already been confirmed. The training programme was delivered by Jifry Issadeen on behalf of Jobbees Business Academy. A highly regarded Microsoft Excel and Copilot for Excel corporate trainer, Jifry delivers professional training programmes in Sinhala, Tamil and English, enabling organizations to provide effective learning experiences for employees from diverse backgrounds. A Five-Day Practical Excel Learning Experience The programme was structured across five full training days, allowing participants to develop their Excel knowledge progressively through explanations, demonstrations, exercises and practical business examples. Rather than focusing only on Excel functions and commands, the programme helped participants understand how Excel can be applied to real workplace situations. The sessions were designed to improve their ability to organize information, analyse data, prepare reports and complete everyday tasks more accurately and efficiently. The third batch was particularly successful because of the participants’ enthusiasm and commitment. They were highly engaged throughout the five days, actively participated in the exercises, asked thoughtful questions and showed a genuine interest in improving their Excel skills. Their positive feedback and appreciation of the training made the programme especially rewarding for everyone involved. From Two Programmes to Five Batches The collaboration initially began with an agreement to conduct two Excel training programmes. Following the progress of the training initiative, the programme continued with a third batch, and arrangements have now been confirmed for the fourth and fifth batches. This continuation demonstrates the importance Abans Group places on employee development and practical workplace skills. It also reflects the value of delivering training that is relevant, understandable and directly connected to the participants’ day-to-day responsibilities.
